Here’s How It Works:

Initial Consultation

Like any great relationship, we’ll kick things off with a chat. You’ll walk us through your current plant care routine, sharing what’s working and where you need help. We’ll guide you on the specific needs of your houseplants, like water, light, humidity, and soil. During this visit, we’ll also check for common issues such as pests, mold, and bacteria, while offering tips to help prevent them.

If advice is all you need, that’s fantastic—we’ll send you on your way, empowered with new knowledge!

But if you’d like more from us, we can take it from there. Whether it’s delivering and styling new plants or transforming your space with bold designs—big plants, small plants, hanging plants—nothing is out of reach. We’ll help you create your perfect green oasis.

Planning & Prep

Within a week of our consultation, we’ll send you a detailed, customized estimate. It will include itemized pricing and a breakdown of services and supplies. Once the plan is perfect, we’ll schedule your project and start sourcing only the highest quality plants and materials.

Installation

On installation day, our dedicated team of plant enthusiasts will arrive with everything needed—plants, pots, and soil specially curated for each plant's needs. We’ll carefully repot and arrange your plants, creating a stunning display. To ensure you’re set up for success, we’ll provide clear care instructions—or, if you prefer, we can set up a maintenance schedule to care for the plants for you.

A Note About Consultations

Our initial consultation are designed to empower you with the knowledge and tools needed to care for your plants and let them care for you. It is essential to properly assess the health of your plants, determine the correct pot sizes, and identify what types of plants will thrive in your space. Because of this, the first visit is consultation-only; we can’t perform any hands-on work without seeing your space in person first.

Payment & Fees: Fees are disclosed at the time of booking and must be paid in full to confirm your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled consultation to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of the consultation cost).

Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled once with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. We value your time and strive to provide exceptional service; please notify us promptly of any schedule conflicts or special accommodations. Thank you for choosing Plantburgh!
