Common Questions

Which pests do you identify?

The most common indoor pests are mealybugs, spider mites, scale, thrips and fungus gnats. Each is identified first, because the right plan depends on the pest.

Can a plant with root rot be saved?

Often, if enough healthy root remains. Rotted roots are cut away, the plant goes into fresh, fast-draining soil, and watering is reset.

Do you make house calls?

What should I do until the visit?

Stop watering, keep the plant out of direct sun and away from heat, and move it away from your other plants in case pests are the cause.
