Plant Assurance Policy

At Plantburgh, we are committed to ensuring the health and satisfaction of our customers and their plants.

Live Plant Guarantee

Plantburgh assures that all plants purchased and placed from us are healthy, pest-free, and well-cared for at the time of shipping or pick-up. If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or not as described:

Notify us within 48 hours of receipt at Plantburgh@gmail.com, including photos of the plant and packaging.
After our review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the situation. Up to 14 Days After End of Service.

Plant Support

We provide support for all plants purchased from us up to 14 Days after purchase or end of service. If you need advice on plant care, pest management, or troubleshooting plant health issues, feel free to reach out at any time.

Exclusions

Plantburgh is not responsible for plant damage caused by improper care, extreme environmental conditions, or failure to follow the provided plant care instructions.
Seasonal variations, such as slight discoloration or minor stress marks due to shipping, are natural and not covered under the assurance policy.
