Plant Care Disclaimer

Plantburgh provides care instructions, recommendations, and guidance to support customer success in maintaining healthy plants. However, the conditions in which the customer keeps their plants (e.g., light levels, watering, humidity) are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee a plant's long-term survival if care instructions are not followed properly or if environmental conditions are unsuitable.

Information provided on Plantburgh regarding plant care is for informational purposes only. Results may vary based on unique plant and environmental conditions.

Plant Replacement Policy

Plants that Plantburgh supplies and installs are healthy and free of pests when they arrive.

14-Day Replacement

If a plant Plantburgh supplied declines within 14 days of delivery or installation while our care instructions are being followed, we will replace it once at no charge. To request a replacement, email contact@plantburgh.com within that 14-day window with photos of the plant and a short note on its location and care. We may ask to inspect the plant before approving a replacement.

• Applies to plants purchased from and installed by Plantburgh.

• One replacement per plant, with the same or a comparable variety and size, subject to availability.

Exclusions

• Decline caused by care outside our instructions, including overwatering, underwatering, moving the plant, pets, or changes to light, heat or humidity.

• Plants the client owned before our service, including plants brought to us for rescue, recovery work or repotting. Living plants respond to conditions we cannot fully control, and the results of rescue and recovery work are not guaranteed.

• Normal adjustment after a move, such as some leaf drop, yellowing of older leaves, or minor marks.

• Cut flowers, seasonal and holiday plantings, and outdoor plantings exposed to weather.

Plant Support

We are glad to answer care questions about plants we supplied at any time during active service and for 14 days after purchase or the end of service.

Photographs of Our Work

Plantburgh photographs plants and work areas before, during and after service to document plant health and the work performed. By engaging our services, you agree that we may use photographs of our work, such as plants, planters and installations, on our website, social media and marketing materials.

We do not publish your name, your address, or photographs of people without your permission, and we avoid images that identify the location of a private residence. If you prefer that we not use photographs of your space in our marketing, tell us in writing at contact@plantburgh.com and we will honor that request going forward.

Comments and User Content

Parts of this website offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information. Plantburgh LLC does not filter, edit, publish, or review comments before their appearance on the website. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person posting them.
